OMB Funding Memo Update

As of yesterday, Tuesday, January 28, 2025, this is what we know about payments to landlords, according to the President's Office:

In a Q&A (link below) paper sent out from the President's Office, Rental Assistance will not be "PAUSED."  As of now, landlords can expect to receive HAP Payments as scheduled on Monday, February 3, 2025.  Please continue to watch our website for the latest updates on this situation.
