This Senior living complex consists of 40 one-bedroom apartments and 8 two-bedroom cottages with washer/dryer connections within the units. Amenities include a library, fitness center, computer room, movie theater and laundry facility. The two-story main building offers two elevators for access to the second story as well as on-site management and a community room.

The Villages at Westlake Apartments consists of 220 affordable housing units located at 3033 Westlake Rd. in Abilene, Texas. This multi-family complex offers newly renovated two-bedroom, one-bath units, two-bedroom, two-bath units, and three-bedroom, two-bath units with paid water and sewer. Amenities include a pool, playground, picnic area, and clubhouse for resident use.

The Canterbury Crossing Apartment Complex is a newly renovated 304-unit affordable housing complex. This multi-family complex offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for all family sizes. The complex amenities include a swimming pool, playground, basketball court, pet play area, media room, and even garages for certain units.
