The Public Housing Program currently administers two Special Programs.
The Money Follows the Person (MFP) Program has its own target population and eligibility requirements. Because this is a special program, Public Housing has set aside 5 units specifically for the MFP program and the qualifying applicants.
The Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program is a program that is open to all Public Housing residents. The goal of ROSS is to work with residents to identify barriers to self-sufficiency, and connect residents with local service providers in the community to meet those needs.
